This programme aims at offering the HRM student a comprehensive view of the basic issues covering HRM and explaining the vast employment opportunities available to graduates of an HRM Degree.
 
Holders of an HRM Degree from this Institute can add value to an Organization by enhancing customers’ perceptions of the products and services their Organization has to offer. This HRM programme is thus enriched with the basic theories of Marketing in order to enable the student to become marketing orientated when practicing the HRM function in his/her Organization. To be a source of sustainable competitive advantage human resources must also be rare. As we say “The Best Get the Best”.
 
The B.Sc Degree in HRM is made up of 3 stages over a period of 3 years.
Upon successful completion of Year I students are awarded the DMM (Diploma in Marketing Management). Upon successful completion of Year II students are awarded the ADHURMAN (Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management). Upon successful completion of Year III students are awarded the B.Sc Degree in HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (BAHURMAN)
